• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and recommending their adoption to improve software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting principles within SAP environments.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP CO and other SAP modules or external systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
