Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project timelines.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.

Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure management related to SAP environments.

Experience in performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting within SAP landscapes.

Familiarity with database management and backup strategies in SAP systems.

Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.

Skilled in automation and scripting to streamline administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
