Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Continuously improve software components by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective changes.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Experience with integration of onboarding modules within enterprise environments.

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize onboarding workflows.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to customize and extend SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding functionalities to meet unique business requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
