Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and application requirements. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows, proposing enhancements, and ensuring that the developed applications effectively support business objectives. You will also participate in iterative discussions to refine application features and contribute to the overall success of software projects by delivering well-structured and efficient solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Receivables.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, Oracle PeopleSoft Payables.
• Strong understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft architecture and module integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within PeopleSoft Receivables applications.
• Experience in customizing PeopleSoft components to meet specific business needs.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL scripting related to PeopleSoft environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Receivables.
• This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
