Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Experience with cloud-based service deployment and management within Microsoft Azure environments.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-native applications.

Familiarity with integration of various Azure services to build comprehensive solutions.

Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud infrastructure performance.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
