Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in DevOps Architecture, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their integration within DevOps pipelines.

Experience with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment frameworks.

Ability to design scalable and resilient system architectures.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

Competence in monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of distributed systems.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Qualification 15 years full time education
