Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Java applications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
