• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams. Additional Information:
