The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of software solutions, while continuously adapting to evolving project needs and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain clear communication and progress tracking. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP production planning environments.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information:
