Custom Software Engineer - Adobe Journey Optimizer

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-performing solutions. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable applications, contribute to project success, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will also stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the software development process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective delivery.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Good To Have:

• Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
