Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to customs, EXIM policy, and SEZ/STPI.
• Manage CFS (Customs Forwarding System) operations and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for smooth clearance of goods through ICD (Inland Container Depot).
• Handle CHA (Customs House Agent) activities, including pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
• Monitor warehouse management system (WMS) operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in export-import industry or similar field.
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of Customs Handling, Customs Documentation, Custom Clearance, CFSAI, ICD, WMS systems.
