Custom Clearance Executive

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Custom Clearance Executive with a strong understanding of import and export customs clearance procedures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customs documentation, coordination with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and government authorities, ensuring timely and compliant cargo clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.
• Prepare, verify, and process customs documentation in compliance with applicable
• Ensure timely filing of Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, and other customs-related documents.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve customs-related issues to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate records of customs documents and shipment files.
• Stay updated with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with customers regarding documentation requirements and shipment updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
