Summary: As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture of custom software systems that effectively translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. This role requires thoughtful planning and strategic decision-making to ensure that the software systems meet both current and future organizational needs. The position involves continuous evaluation of architectural approaches to optimize system performance and reliability while aligning with business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and adapting designs accordingly is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align architectural strategies with organizational objectives.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in webMethods Fabric.
• Strong knowledge of system integration and middleware technologies related to webMethods Fabric.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure application architectures.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in webMethods Fabric.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
