Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align architectural strategies with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Strong experience in designing scalable and secure application architectures within complex enterprise environments.

In-depth understanding of software development life cycles and integration methodologies.

Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.

Experience with performance optimization and ensuring high availability of custom applications.

Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural decisions and resolve technical challenges.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
