Customer Care Executive - Job Profile:
Mendu Enterprises is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at our Hyderabad office. The
Customer Care Executive will be pivotal in managing customer queries and ensuring a high standard of service.
This role involves handling various customer interactions and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction
and support the business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Must be working extensively working / updating the status immediately.
2. Must be Responsive, accountable and be transparent.
3. Should be responding to customers with patience and be fast in taking decision.
4. Should be Tracking TTs alongside with the FRT teams and provide transparent updates to
customers.
5. Should be preparing reports and submitting to the team lead / Manager as per the need.
6. Should be ready to take up work in short notice in terms of any emergency situation.
Requirements:
1. Experienced in working any Inbound call center and good in resolving situations.
2. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
3. At time of need handle team.
4. Should be ready to work in rotational shifts which includes night shift.
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

Domain: 1+ Years and above experience in any call center. Experience in the Telecom-infra sector is
highly desirable.

Qualification: Any graduation.
Computer Skills: Advanced user of Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivots and proficiency in MS Office skills (Word
and PPT).
