• Shift: Rotational / Night shifts
• Industry: International BPO / Healthcare

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
• Experience:
• Analyst: 6months to 1yr exp into international call center or relevant WFM exp
• Senior RTA: 1+ years RTA experience (mandatory)
• Specialist: 3+ years WFM / RTA

Key Skills Required

• Real-Time Monitoring (RTA)
• SLA / AHT / Shrinkage / Occupancy handling
• Scheduling & Intraday management
• Forecasting & Capacity Planning
• Excel / Reporting tools

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time call center performance
• Adjust staffing & schedules to meet SLAs
• Analyze metrics like AHT, ASA, ABAN%
• Coordinate with Ops & Team Leaders
• Drive efficiency & performance improvements
