Current Account Savings Account Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of Current Account Savings Account (CASA) customers to achieve sales targets and cross-sell products.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in CASA acquisition or related field such as retail liabilities management.
• Strong understanding of CASA sales principles, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
