Current Account Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of current accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to increase revenue.
• Acquire new customers through effective field sales activities, meeting targets set by the organization.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to retain their business and identify potential referrals or upsell opportunities.
• Utilize POS machines to process transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in banking or related industry, preferably in current account sales or merchant acquiring.
• Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) acquisition processes and EDC (Electronic Data Capture) systems.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
