Current Account Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of current accounts, ensuring timely opening and maintenance of accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products such as saving accounts, insurance, and investment services.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and retain customer loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for account opening, sales growth, and revenue generation.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of current account features, benefits, and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
