Current Account Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of current accounts, ensuring timely opening and maintenance of new accounts.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products such as saving accounts, credit cards, etc.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and retain business through effective communication.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for account opening and sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of current account features, benefits, and services offered by the bank.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build trust with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
