Relationship Manager CASA Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive CASA and liabilities sales through field sales and direct sourcing.
• Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
• Generate business through self-sourcing, market visits, references, and local networking.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant banking products such as FD, Insurance, Loans and other liability products.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for CASA and liability products.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely account opening and activation.
• Build a strong local market network and generate quality leads.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Min 1 year of experience in CASA, liabilities, retail banking or field sales.
• Candidates with experience in Current Account / Savings Account sales will be preferred.
