Curator/ Curation Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research & Discovery Research subjects, brands, places, cultures, objects and references; identify relevant themes, insights and connections.
• Curation & Narrative Decide what should be included, establish content hierarchy, develop themes and structure clear narratives.
• Audience & Experience Understand audiences, map visitor/user journeys and identify key storytelling and experience moments.
• Concept Development Translate research into concepts, story frameworks, experience concepts and relevant visual references.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with 2D, 3D, Spatial, Content and Motion teams to translate narratives into design.
• Project Development — Contribute from Brief Research Concept Narrative Design Development Review Production.
• Quality & Accuracy — Fact-check information, verify sources and main.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

A curious, research-oriented storyteller who can connect information, identify meaningful insights and simplify complex subjects. Visually aware, comfortable presenting ideas and working with multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to balance creative thinking with factual accuracy.
