Description:

We have a requirement to onboard a OTC functional SCON resource and following are the areas where we need the resource to have strong expertise.

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning) and Order Management modules
• RICE : Exposure to understanding of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions. Should be able to gather business requirements and create functional design and specifications / lean specification documents, explain the requirements to the technical team and perform Functional Unit testing of the RICE objects.
• Configure Order Management setups including order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and order-to-cash processes
• Configure Planning modules including demand/supply plans, planning parameters, exception messages, and forecasting methods
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud standards
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution design
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, OTBI/BI reports, and extensions
• Develop test scripts, support SIT/UAT cycles, and manage defect resolution
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice-building initiatives
• Stay current with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess impact on existing configurations
