About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Collect, receive, and segregate used instruments and medical devices
- Clean, decontaminate, inspect, and assemble instruments as per standards
- Operate sterilization equipment (steam, ETO, plasma, etc.)
- Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Monitor and record sterilization parameters and quality indicators
- Store and distribute sterile supplies safely
- Follow infection control policies and safety protocols
- Maintain equipment and report faults promptly
