Role & responsibilities

• Guiding the Junior Technicians and helpers in the routine CSSD jobs.
• Taking the responsibility of all the articles received properly and issued the sterile articles well to various departments.
• Taking the responsibility of maintenance of the equipments.
• Taking the responsibility of discipline in the department.
• Taking the responsibility of discipline in the CSSD and steam line the work flow of the department in the absence of head of the department.
• Taking the responsibility to maintain CSSD all consumables inventory.
• Communicate to the HOD regarding any unusual incident happened in the department.
• You will actively participate in continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at adding value to both the department and the organization.
