Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure proper sterilization procedures are followed in the CSSD department.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventory management, including stock levels and expiration dates.
  
• Supervise junior staff members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of patient care.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, supply chain management, or patient safety.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in CSSD .
  
• B.Sc -OT/CSSD + Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology/CSSD qualification required.
  
• Strong knowledge of biomedical engineering principles, hospital operations, and medical terminology essential.
