Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Coordinate visitor management and maintain reception records.
Support administrative and office coordination activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required.

Required Skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
