Job Summary

Customer Service Representative (CSR). Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Source Business: Actively seek and source business from your assigned geography, building new customer relationships.
• Business Growth: Be responsible for building business volume and driving growth through customer acquisition and retention.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
• Explore Opportunities: Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand customer base and revenue generation.
• Travel: Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis to meet business demands.
• Note: Candidates must be flexible to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements

• Education: No specific educational qualification required. Candidates with education below intermediate are welcome to apply.
• Experience: Open to both fresher and experienced candidates.
• Transportation: 2-wheeler is mandatory, along with an active driving license.
• Documentation: Aadhar card, PAN card, and educational documents are required.
• Language: Local language proficiency is a must.
