CSR/ International voice (Non Technical) - Mumbai - Night shift

We are hiring for International voice process as CSR.
Work location: Mumbai

JD for your reference:

• Receive inbound Calls/Emails/Chats and ensure that cases and interactions are logged correctly in the required tool.
• Candidate will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.
• Exp- Freshers to 5 Years (International Voice Experience)
• Required Skills- Excellent communication Skills in English is mandate.
• Both way cab facility is provided.
• Work from office.
• Immediate joiners only.

• Open to work in Night shift.
