Main Purpose:

To facilitate the planning, coordination, and implementation of CSR initiatives and ensure the smooth execution of CSR interventions and community development programmes in line with approved budgets and proposals.

Job Accountabilities:

• Support the identification and development of Community Development Plans at the KGD6 community level.
• Implement approved CSR initiatives and community development interventions.
• Sensitize and engage communities on the Company's CSR vision and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life and socio-economic well-being of local communities, while fostering a positive perception of the organization.
• Drive social inclusion and community engagement through CSR interventions and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous engagement with target beneficiaries and communities to assess the realization of intended benefits and the effectiveness of CSR interventions.
• Provide inputs for CSR planning and budgeting in line with the Company's CSR philosophy and JV partners CSR policies.
• Ensure the effective implementation of CSR interventions and community development programmes to achieve their stated objectives and intended outcomes.

Skills Required:

• CSR planning and budgeting, including the timely submission of inputs for budget approval by March for the ensuing financial year.
• Strong orientation towards community development and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of local traditions, community systems, and socio-economic dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and liaison skills with communities, NGOs, Government Authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Qualification

• Graduate degree with an MA in Social Work or an MBA.
• Knowledge of the local language is essential.

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in CSR, community development, social development, or related areas.
