Csr Assistant Manager

Brief Job Description:

Project Planning & Reporting

• Assist in project implementation micro planning with state
• Support team to review project implementation plan every month and do necessary course correction in concurrence with CSR Lead.
• Responsible to ensure project reports are submitted on time and as required by CSR Lead
• Support functionality of project MIS, timely update and sharing with CSR Lead

Project Coordination

• Oversees and coordinates multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develops and implements project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitors project progress and identifies potential risks or challenges.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Project Supervision

• Support CSR Lead in tracking project activity and ensure agreed timeline followed
• Supervise ground level project teams activities through regular field visits, reports and review meetings
• Support conducting project review meetings with project implementation team
• Provides guidance and support to project team members.

Quality Management

• Support to ensure a quality project delivery ground level through appropriate planning and regular monitoring
• Coordination
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams at project office level to meet the project requirements

Compliance, Communications & Learning

• Ensure all required documents are in placed as per SOP in implementing project activities
• Support implementation of project communication plan
• Support in developing communication plan for project purposes
• Support in documenting the project learnings through structured report and case studies
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of salaries for project team members.
• Maintains accurate salary records and reports.

Capacity Building:

• Support capacity building workshops for project staff as per project need
• Actively engage in capacity building opportunities provided by the project and organization
• Assesses team performance and identifies areas for improvement.

Project Delivery and Execution

• Successfully deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and profitability.

Team Leadership and Development

• Build and lead high-performing project teams.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement

• Streamline project management processes and workflows.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project performance.
