Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Understand customer concerns through active listening and provide appropriate solutions
• Build positive customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer queries related to accounts, services, billing, or process-related concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM/tools
• Manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets

• Fluent verbal and written English communication
• Strong customer handling skills
