We are looking for 02 dedicated candidates to join our premium corporate advisory team to complete their 21-month mandatory articleship. If you want to move beyond theory and gain core practical execution skills, this is the launchpad for you.
Position: CS Management Trainee
Vacancies: 02
Duration: 21 Months (Mandatory Articleship)
Location: Strictly In-Office (Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West)
What You Will Learn (360-Degree Exposure):
Corporate Secretarial & MCA: End-to-end incorporations, annual filings, and practical hands-on execution on the MCA V3 portal.
NCLT & FEMA: In-depth understanding of corporate restructuring and foreign exchange laws, including FDI and ODI compliances.
Real Estate & RERA: Property title due diligence, direct authority liaisoning (Noida/Greater Noida/YEIDA), and UP RERA compliances.
Advanced Legal Drafting: Structuring Builder Buyer Agreements, complex commercial contracts, and drafting legal notices.
