Role Description
We are seeking a CS (Company Secretary) Management Trainee for an on-site, full-time role located in Gurugram. The trainee will assist in managing regulatory compliance, drafting reports and documents, and supporting corporate governance initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing board and shareholder meeting materials, maintaining statutory records, liaising with government bodies, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations. You will also contribute to legal research, due diligence, and review business structuring and compliance frameworks for clients.

- Professional Qualification: Enrolled in the CS program, with completion of at least the Executive level preferred.
