Cs Executive

1. ROC & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and coordinate filing of statutory forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• Track statutory compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Support annual ROC filings and other corporate compliance activities.

2. Secretarial Activities & Drafting of Minutes

• Prepare notices, agendas, board resolutions, and draft minutes of meetings.
• Maintain minutes books, statutory registers, and corporate records.
• Support management in routine corporate governance and secretarial matters.

3. Drafting & Vetting of Agreements

• Draft and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Assist in vetting agreements and reviewing contractual terms and conditions.

4. Basic Accounting & Tally

• Possess basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial transactions.
• Have hands-on experience in Tally

5. Legal Documentation & Compliance Coordination

• Assist in preparing legal documents, declarations, and corporate correspondence.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal consultants, and practicing Company Secretaries.
• Maintain records of legal agreements, statutory filings, and compliance certificates.
