Crypto Infrastructure Lead (Crypto SME) for our banking client in Chennai

5+ years of experience in

Cryptocurrency, Digital Assets, Blockchain, or Institutional Crypto Markets . Hands-on experience implementing

institutional crypto custody solutions (Self-Custody, Qualified Custodian, MPC, Multi-Sig, Hot & Cold Wallets). Strong expertise in

crypto trading operations , exchange connectivity, OTC trading, prime brokers, and liquidity management. Experience with

crypto-backed lending, borrowing, collateral management, and yield optimization . Solid understanding of

DeFi, CeFi, blockchain networks, wallet infrastructure, and digital asset security . Experience evaluating and integrating

custodians, exchanges, VASPs, and institutional trading platforms . Strong knowledge of

risk management, governance, operational controls, and regulatory compliance for digital assets. Ability to create

SOPs, security policies, and operational procedures for crypto infrastructure. Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across

Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams. Professional certifications in

Blockchain, Cybersecurity, CFA, FRM, or related financial certifications are highly preferred.
