Cruise Travel Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
• Recommend suitable cruises, holidays, destinations and travel packages.
• Provide accurate information on itineraries, hotels, flights, transfers and cruise packages.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Follow up on enquiries and maximise sales opportunities.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Keep up to date with cruise products, destinations, offers and travel trends.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous travel industry experience is essential.
• Experience in cruise sales or holiday sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and by email.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of UK holidays, cruises and international destinations.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Target-driven, motivated and commercially minded.
• Good computer skills and ability to use booking/CRM systems.
