Role & responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison with insurance companies to ensure effective communication
• Address and resolve concerns of agents, fostering strong working relationships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Identify and source potential clients, driving new business opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with agents and insurance companies, delivering presentations as needed
• Review outstanding claims and prepare MIS reports
