About this role
- Administer Zoho CRM: users, pipelines, layouts, lead-assignment rules by region and vertical.
- Build workflow automations (auto-assignment, follow-up reminders, escalation, email/WhatsApp templates) and integrate the calling data and enquiry hand-over process.
- Publish live dashboards: dials, connects, enquiries, appointments, conversion and order intake by vertical/region; monthly MIS.
