Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Automation Tester
Experience: 3 to 6 Years (Preferred)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing and automation using either Selenium with Java or Playwright with TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CRM functionality, test automation, functional testing, regression testing, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Playwright with TypeScript.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Validate CRM modules, forms, entities/tables, workflows, business rules, and user roles.
• Perform API testing and validate integrations between Dynamics CRM and external applications.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional consultants to resolve issues.
• Execute regression suites and contribute to improving test automation coverage.
• Prepare test execution reports and maintain test documentation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM functionality, business processes, and workflows.
• Experience with either of the following automation technology stacks:
  
• Option 1: Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Option 2: Playwright with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Experience in writing and maintaining automation scripts and test frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Understanding of SQL and database validation.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
