Crm Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the organization's Admin Portal, ensuring accurate data management and uninterrupted operations.

- Provide first-level and ongoing application support to field sales teams, resolving user issues and ensuring seamless adoption of digital tools.

- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of loyalty and rewards programs, identifying and escalating issues for timely resolution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT to address system-related requirements and process improvements.

- Act as the primary bridge between business users and the IT development team by gathering requirements, communicating business needs, and facilitating solution implementation.

- Assist IT developers in testing, validating, and deploying new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements.

- Track, analyse, and resolve application issues while maintaining high service levels and user satisfaction.

- Conduct user training and provide guidance on portal and application functionalities.

- Document issues, enhancement requests, and process workflows to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure timely communication of system updates, outages, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.

- Support business process automation and digital transformation initiatives through effective collaboration with internal teams.
