Job Summary
We are hiring a CRM Senior Executive to manage customer relationships from booking to
handover for our real estate projects at Sarjapur, Bangalore. The role requires strong
coordination, documentation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customers from booking till possession
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams
Prepare demand letters, receipts, statements, and agreements
Track payment schedules and follow up with customers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Coordinate registrations, handovers, and documentation
Prepare MIS reports for management

Qualifications Skills
Any Graduate / MBA preferred
3 7 years of CRM experience in real estate
Knowledge of booking, registration handover process
Strong communication and coordination skills
