Pacom Pro is looking for a CRM & Sales Coordinator who can take ownership of the complete sales journey, from the first incoming lead to conversion and follow-up.

What You'll Do

• Handle and respond to incoming sales leads.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant automotive services.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead → follow-up → appointment → conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
• Track pending leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with the studio/team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confident, positive and professional attitude.
• Strong convincing and lead-conversion skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
• Good understanding of CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interest in automobiles is a strong advantage.
• Someone who is target-oriented and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
