CRM Sales Coordinator/BDO

Role & responsibilities

The role focuses on CRM management, sales support, business development, and reporting.

• Manage and maintain CRM data, leads, contacts, and sales pipelines.
• Handle lead segmentation, database management, imports/exports, and data cleaning.
• Support B2B sales activities, including follow-ups, email campaigns, and prospect research.
• Coordinate meetings, demos, calendars, and follow-ups across U.S. time zones.
• Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and sales performance summaries.
• Research target companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
• Use tools for data enrichment, contact sourcing, email sequencing, and automation.
• Improve sales processes and ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date data.

Key Qualifications

• 2-5 years of CRM, Sales Operations, or Business Development experience.
• Experience with Zoho CRM preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets and large-data handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and independent working ability.
• Experience managing large contact databases and active B2B sales pipelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience supporting U.S.-based teams or workflows
• Familiarity with B2B technology sales processes and tools
• Exposure to mortgage, title, or real estate industries (preferred)
• Experience with email research, sequencing tools, and automation platforms
• Background in managing operations across U.S. and Indian markets
