Job Summary
Welcome Email & Welcome Call.
Responsibilities- Sending Demand, Reminder letter, preparing agreement, NOC, EFT Letter & Possession letter.
- To do collection of the client, provide receipt.
- Help customer in calculating & paying TDS.
- Explain customer the Registration Process
- Follow up with banker for disbursement, also providing documents to the banker for APF.
- Doing Reconciliation with Accounts for the payment received from start to end for possession
- Maintaining MIS of the project.
- Reconciliation of TDS from 26AS.
- Resolve queries and complains of the customer.
- Handing over possession to the client by completing the documentation for Society Formation
