Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular follow-ups with brands regarding ongoing requirements, deliverables, and project updates.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and communicate relevant updates to respective brands in a timely manner.
• Follow up with managers and channel partners to ensure timely closure of pending tasks and action items.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands through proactive communication and excellent stakeholder management.
• Represent the organization professionally during customer-facing interactions at clubhouses and residential societies.
• Address customer queries and ensure a seamless brand experience during on-ground activities.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and project status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns and activities.
• Prepare regular status reports and highlight any issues requiring escalation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
