Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and Client-focused Client Coordinator (Post Sales) to manage Client relations and provide end-to-end support to homebuyers after booking. The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle Clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle post-sales client queries, ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, and develop, implement, and streamline CRM processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Communicate with Clients regarding payment schedules, construction updates, possession timelines, documentation, possession and registration processes.
• Assist Clients with agreements, demand letters, statements of accounts and other related documentation.
• Follow up on pending payments and Client requests.
• Maintain Client records, MIS reports and database accurately.
• Support Client meetings, site visits and possession-related activities.
• Ensure high levels of Client satisfaction through professional communication and coordination.
• Efficiency in Pinga (Software).

Required Skills

• Good written and spoken English communication skills is must.
• Ability to work independently in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good interpersonal and Client handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with 5 years experience in Real Estate CRM / Post Sales / Client Support will be preferred.

• Knowledge of real estate processes will be an added advantage.
