Job Description CRM Manager

Experience: 5–12+ Years

Industry: Construction / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-handover.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

* Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, Engineering, and MEP teams.

* Monitor customer payments, documentation, agreements, and possession activities.

* Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

* Manage CRM records, MIS reports, and customer feedback.

* Lead and monitor the CRM team and ensure KPI achievement.

* Coordinate customer site visits, handover, and post-possession support.

Key Skills:

* Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

* Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.

* Knowledge of real estate/construction processes.

* Good MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting skills.

* Team management and leadership skills.

Qualification: Graduate in Management, Marketing. MBA preferred.
