CRM & Loyality Specialist

• We are looking for an experienced CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to develop and execute customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, Customer Engagement or Marketing Automation, with practical experience using platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage or similar tools.
• The role will focus on customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, multi-channel campaigns, loyalty and retention initiatives, customer data, A/B testing, campaign analytics and revenue growth.
• The candidate will work closely with e-commerce, creative, analytics and technical teams and should be comfortable with CRM integrations, data flows and APIs where required.
