The work involves physically checking the customer files, identifying listed data points/contractual/financial information, and accurately recording it into a structured excel database. The employee's responsibility is to find, extract, record and flag information accurately. Final interpretation, liability confirmation and financial calculation should remain with the appropriate CRM/Accounts/Legal/management team.
